The cycling India is a cycling challenge online registration platform for cyclists and sport enthusiast .

Every individual should understand and agree that they participate in the event entirely at their own risk and that no responsibility whatsoever shall attach to any event sponsors, event directors, or any person involved in the organisation of the event for any injury, accidents, loss or damage suffered by me in, or by reason of the event, however such may be caused. I am healthy and am fit enough to complete this event.

Every individual should be aware of the physically strenuous nature of this event, the risks both medically and physically.

Every individual should take a self confirmation about their health and fit (physically and medically) enough to complete this event. that should any medical or physical condition arise prior to the event which is likely to affect my ability to compete will be reason to withdraw in accordance with these conditions.

“It is strongly recommended that every individual should train for the event and prepare for the challenge. If you have not exercised before or for some time, you should consult your doctor before commencing your training for the event.” cycling india

Online Entry By submitting an application online and paying any stated fee for entry into this event, or entering a valid pin/discount/coupon code, individual must understand and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions, the instructions given by the Event Organiser and event officials. When entering on behalf of other individuals, by agreeing to the event entry terms and conditions individual should agree that all other entrants in their booking are aware, accept and agree to the Terms and Conditions and the instructions given by the Event Organiser and event officials.

Neither individual or any other participant in booking shall not be eligible or entitled to participate in the event until full payment of the entry fee has been received by the Event organiser. No payment shall be deemed to have been received until the Event Organiser has received cleared funds.

An entry into a registration form does not guarantee your place in the event. The participant must opt into a payment plan on cycling india upon registering into the challenge for it to be valid. If you are unsuccessful in the challenge you will not be refunded any money paid

Email and whatapp Communication primarily uses to communicate with its competitors. By entering this event, Participant agree to receive emails regarding this specific event. Please see the specific Data Protection Policy for further details.

Cycling India cannot be responsible if event information does not reach the intended recipient by email / whatsapp. Cycling India can only be responsible for ensuring that the email address/whatsapp provided is the one to which event info are sent. Event details and event information packs that are sent to competitors are also posted on the website event page.

Participant must understand that it is the self responsibility to and use a roadworthy bicycle, helmet, or other safety requirements to ensure compliance with the event .

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

• ALL PARTICIPANTS who thereby registered for the challenges are considered as registered .

• An individual is not considered as a participant if the payment is not done during or after filling the form for the current selected challenge .

• An individual is considered as the participant of challenge conducted by CYCLING INDIA after a successful registration

• No refund or return will take place after an individual successful registration for the selected challenge

• An exchange or return will be considered for an individual receiving damaged , defected or size issue of the product received as a reward for a participant registered for the challenge or the product purchased from SHOP CYI.

• Any products which is delivered as a product from SHOP CYI or as a reward from challenges registered has a return or exchange policy for a time period of 2 days after delivery considering with the rules of (point 5) .

• All products , rewards or registration for the challenge shall not be considered to be refundable complied with only return or exchange in case of a product referring to point no 5.

SHIPMENT POLICY

• Any product which is ordered from the site CYCLING INDIA / SHOP CYI will be shipped in 3 working days and delivery is performed by a third party courier partners.

• Delivery time is based on an individual delivery location.

• An individual who is registered for the challenge his/her reward will be dispatched after the challenge completion date as per the challenge period.

• The rewards for the challenges will be delivered in 5-7 working days complied with point no 3 .

• Shipment of an individual will take place only after a successful registration for the challenge or the successful payment for the order.
